Club Advisor Meeting
To express gratitude for the hard work of student club advisors, promote the exchange of counseling experiences, and strengthen mutual bonds, we organizes an annual "Club Advisor Meeting." During this meeting, teachers are invited for a meal, where they are briefed on academic affairs and the overview of club counseling services. They are also given the opportunity to share their opinions and suggestions regarding club operations, enhancing the connection between teachers and the department, and improving the quality of club counseling.
